Over 80% of our senior management team has been promoted internally including our Service Director, originally employed as an apprentice mechanic. The remaining staff injected the new blood that is essential for an ever expanding organisation.

Chassis Cab has a strong commitment to nurturing future talent. We have a policy of taking on new apprentices every year, providing hands-on experience, expert training, and long-term career opportunities. To recognise loyalty and commitment, we also operate a retention scheme designed to encourage apprentices to remain with the company through 5 and 10 years of service.
